About Our Program
"Let's Read, Georgia!" is a brand new statewide initiative that began in July 2024 through a directive from the Georgia Legislature. The program places regional literacy coaches in each Regional Education Service Area (RESA) throughout the state to improve literacy rates and foster a love of reading among Georgia's youth.

To ensure every child in Georgia has access to quality reading materials and the support they need to become confident, lifelong readers.

A Georgia where every child reads at or above grade level, and where literacy is valued as a fundamental life skill.
Our Approach
Regional literacy coaches work directly with schools and districts, building capacity in both school coaches and classroom teachers through high-quality professional learning, demonstration of lessons, and effective feedback.
